Yes! If members of your group purchase tickets separately, please list the name(s) of your preferred seating companion(s) during checkout. As long as everyone in your party has purchased a ticket, we'll do our best to seat your group together.

Please contact us before purchasing your ticket if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Yes. Afternoon tea is served on the ground floor, and accessible parking is available. If you use a wheelchair, walker, or have other accessibility needs, please let us know before the event so we can provide the most comfortable seating.

Guests of all ages are welcome. However, our afternoon tea is designed to provide a relaxed and elegant experience that is best enjoyed by older children and adults.

Doors open at 2:30 PM. We encourage guests to arrive early to explore the historic home and grounds, take photos, and settle in before tea service begins promptly at 3:00 PM.

Complimentary parking is available in Bella Rosa's parking lot located behind the house.

Afternoon tea attire is encouraged. Hats and fascinators are warmly welcomed but are not required.

Depending on attendance, guests may be seated with other parties in keeping with the traditional afternoon tea experience.

Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos throughout the historic home and grounds before, during, and after tea service.

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that time, tickets are non-refundable.

 Yes. By attending Bella Rosa Afternoon Tea, guests acknowledge that photos taken during the event may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, which may include images of guests.
